Everyone I dealt with from the appointment scheduler to the folks in the parts and service departments were friendly and went above and beyond to help me in every possible way. I wish I was better at remembering names to recognize them individually but they were all great and exceeded my expectations.

It's sad a customer has to pay for an oil change that was to be under their TOYOTACARE PLUS (5yr 555Kmile agreement because they selected to have a 20K mile service performed at the same time as offered on your webpage. That is unacceptable. Toyota knows that the car by its VIN has paid for service, if not your service team needs to identify any issue before you start any work that would cause any additional expense

I was scheduled for my 2nd service at 9:15am. Checked in at 9:05. A simple oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t get out of the dealership until 11:20am. Ugh.

Emmalea was extremely professional and did a great job explaining services. She is a very effective communicator and pays very good attention to details. By taking the time to go over my service appointment details, we were able to make a correction and I received the exact service I wanted. I didn’t feel rushed and she made me feel like my satisfaction was very important. Emmalea, represented Lillard Toyota extremely well and is an asset to the organization. She earned my trust and I will be back. I was here about a year ago with an issue with my Prius. I did not have a good experience and took it to Capitol Toyota in Salem. She made me comfortable to give your dealership a second chance.

It has been extremely difficult to get the panel on my Tacoma bed replaced. From various people not calling me back when they said they would, to having the quote be inaccessible when the person who wrote it was out of town, to having my email not be received even thought I had the correct address to finally finding out that the wrong part was ordered, a very simple thing was mad very, very complicated and very difficult and wasted a lot of my time.
