Thomas was very professional and communicative. My problem was resolved on my vehicle with well established fix routes. I appreciate the communication.
Professional, concise and thorough
Emmalea was extremely professional and did a great job explaining services. She is a very effective communicator and pays very good attention to details. By taking the time to go over my service appointment details, we were able to make a correction and I received the exact service I wanted. I didn’t feel rushed and she made me feel like my satisfaction was very important. Emmalea, represented Lillard Toyota extremely well and is an asset to the organization. She earned my trust and I will be back. I was here about a year ago with an issue with my Prius. I did not have a good experience and took it to Capitol Toyota in Salem. She made me comfortable to give your dealership a second chance.
It has been extremely difficult to get the panel on my Tacoma bed replaced. From various people not calling me back when they said they would, to having the quote be inaccessible when the person who wrote it was out of town, to having my email not be received even thought I had the correct address to finally finding out that the wrong part was ordered, a very simple thing was mad very, very complicated and very difficult and wasted a lot of my time.
Everything was done quickly.
Thank you for making my experience many more times satisfying than other dealers who seemed unreceptive to my needs and concerns. Mike and Ralph from parts department were very efficient and expeditious in getting my parts needed for replacement from factory and or manufacturers issues.
The service was done in a very timely manner. A car wash would have been nice, however.
Emmalea was fine. I would encourage a hard stop on appointment booking site for unavailable service (oil change)given vehicle mileage as per manufacturer recommendations. A phone call would work as well so that client’s don’t waste time only to find out after arrival that the service that was booked really wasn’t completed.
Thanks to everyone in the service department making me feel like a human being. No pressure just honest about possible issues. I will be taking my vehicle here from now on.

Efficiency and to the point. Usually working with Thomas things go straightforward and clearly explained. Installing my new wheels and tires was not the exception.
