They answer every question I ask
I had an appt. for an oil change & rotation. I was there 2.5hrs and they didn't rotate the tires because they said they recommend new ones because the tread was low. I paid for both services, only received one, and we needed the rotation. This was explained over a video and not in-person. Plus, with only doing the oil change, why did it take over 2 hours? I had an appt, I wasn't a walk-in.

Efficiency. Over an hour and a half for a scheduled oil change. Nicholas was distracted with conversations with coworkers over finishing paperwork and sending me on my way. While I watched my car be move and sit for 15 minutes after being finished. No donuts. No coffee. 8:45am appointment didn’t leave till 10:35.
Oil change was completed in an hour and a half.

They were so great! I paid online but they ended up refunding me a significant amount because it was actually covered under my maintenance plan. We’ve now switched to Damian lillard Toyota from wilsonville decided we feel like we get better service here!

I was told the my car battery was the issue but I went to Les Schwab and got it tested and they said there was nothing wrong with it
The memory function for the driver’s seat was reset. Very frustrating. There’s no reason for it and readjusting the seat takes time. Driving down the highway is not the time to adjust the seat. It’s irritating enough that if it continues too happen I’ll consider going elsewhere for service.
Emmalea greeted us promptly and treated us kindly. We were checked out by another individual. He was kind as well. The waiting area was well kept.

Emmalea alerted me to a cancellation for my RAV 4 servicing this morning. I had called because we were making an emergency trip to Spokane and wanted to be sure that our car was safe and ready to roll. She was so kind and efficient.

This was the second tire rotation I had been on my new 2025 Land Cruiser. The first it was not done per Toyota manual, I went back in to let the service department know and asked that they make a note on my account to please follow the manual next time. This time again it was not followed. So I had to wait an extra 40 minutes for it to be taken back and done right.
For the record Toyota says to that spare is to be rotated in each to and another tire is the removed to the spare. It I remember correctly front LT moves to rear RT, rear RT > front RT , front RT > rear LT and rear lt to spare.
