I waited 1.5 hours, for a tech to check my truck and snap a piece back on because it’s not a warranty claim. 1.5 hours to pop a piece on.
I drive 1 hour each way to come to have my truck looked at. I do like and respect this dealership but wondering if it’s really good time management.
What I’ve heard about the dealer doesn’t seem to be meeting my expectations.

Last two visits work wasn't finished 100%. Had to go back inside. Just sloppy. Today they had to drive my truck back, took the corner too close, and scraped the yellow posts. They managed to clean it all off. Ever since the sale quality has greatly declined. 2 hours for an oil change. After 16 years I don't think I'll return.
I sat for 20 minutes after my car was finished because no one notified me. I didn't know it was finished until I looked at a text which had come in 20 minutes before. Good service, friendly people - but you can do better.
