Marty to the extra time to diagnose our media screen on our 2024 Toyota rav 4. Frustrating as it was he used do diligence trying to reset the screen.
Team did a great job and completed the work quickly. Suggestion I have is when someone spends over 2k, maybe offer a complementary car wash. It would be a nice gesture to do.

Completed on time and efficiently
Took my car for an oil change but asked if I had done the 40K mileage check up and the woman did not know or could not answer when using her tablet. So I agreed to service to include the oil change most importantly. When I came back with ride provided 4 hours later, a fuel injection and filters had been replaced (I approved of the filters being replaced). I had not agreed to the fuel injection ? I was kept an hour but in the end, the oil change happened and a different gentlemen helped make it eight and did not charge me for the fuel injection. In addition, he found a coupon for the oil change. In the end, it was a mix up that was corrected appropriately which I appreciated.

While they had to remove the front bumper to replace the radiator I had asked them to check the left front bumper to fender gap telling them that when ever it's driven the bumper on the left as described pops out about an 1/8"gap,unfortunately it came home much worse????
My service experience was amazing. The service staff greeted me as I came in the door and expedited our check in process immediately with kindness and a smile. Dylan was especially helpful by helping me solve a issue with my vehicle. He took pictures and had a solution to fix the issue by the end of the day.I wish more businesses had just a fraction of the wonderful, caring customer service that I received!
