This was the worst car service experience of my life. I waited exactly 3 hours for the service department to install a battery clamp (a recall repair) and two lightbulbs. The shop manager provided exactly zero credible reasons for this unbelievably slow service. Absolutely the worst service ever.

I would like to be told in person what the multi point inspection found. I do t like a link and extra cost items without being told what they are or what the options are.

Way too many reminders about my service appointment for starters. 3 texts and a phone call felt like borderline harassment. The oil change itself was fine. The miscommunication about our back ordered key and safety recall remedy was frustrating.
