I’m really pleased with the service that Damian Lillard Toyota has given me on my Toyota Camry
This is the 3rd brand new vehicle I've bought here. It's my.local.toyota. they made a mistake and now my truck has had some serious repairs.
Things happen i understand. It just kinda makes me lose some confidence in a plave I've spent so much money
They did wash my truck after to kinda make it right.
But the thing is how am I supposed to feel super confident after a mistake is made to this extent.
I've worked on trucks all.my.life. I know what they did. This brand new truck will never be "brand new" now
It is what it is. Just disappointed i guess. I love Toyota and I love my local guys. But this experience has definitely tarnished the reputation they once had

I am happy with Thomas's service. I am NOT happy with the "fix" Toyota has provided for the rear tailgate recall. Removing the problem is NOT a "fix" I will replace the removed part and Toyota will be responsible until a reasonable fix is provided.
