Usually people apologize when they make a mistake. As a high school teacher I make lots of mistakes. A simple apology acknowledges to the other person that you are sorry and usually most people will accept your apology. I find that’s all that is needed…a simple apology.

I had a $25 off any service coupon, which Lillard Toyota had mailed me. Bill came to $85. At check out time I presented the coupon, and was told I couldn’t use it. The $25 is not that big a deal, but giving out a coupon and then not honoring it definitely left me with a bad taste in my mouth. What else can I not trust your dealership with.

I have had several contacts with Thomas since he started at Toyota. He is professional, friendly, detailed, and very easy to work with. In addition, the first young man I dealt with when I walked into the shop to make an appt on Monday was also friendly and professional. Unfortunately I forgot his name.
