Tommy my service advisor was awesome! He was empathetic and did everything he could to make me feel better about my vehicle being serviced for major repairs.
Unfortunately after spending over $3400, the problem still exists. Additional repairs that are required would cost over $1500, and I am not in a position financially to afford that. The work that was done by the original tech was all undone and then re-done because there was speculation by other technicians something may have not been done correctly by the original tech. Due to the vehicle still needing extensive additional work, it does make me question how well the work was done.
Happy with prompt service and nice people. Always a good experience with your staff! Tom helped me and went out of his way to help.
I was charged an additional $9.44 over what I was quoted before services were rendered. I asked what the so-called Misc. Charges were for and got no satisfactory answer. But it was not Isaiah I talked to.
On the positive side, Michael, the courtesy driver, was great.

With regard to my service 3/5 items I wanted addressed were taken care of. I had the car in for one week with no updates for 4 days until I was the one to call 4-5 times before I got a response. I requested a manager to call me and was informed they were on vacation and still haven’t received a call from the head service manager. The only form of an apology was $100 off of approximately $2500. Which is less then 5%. Overall the absolute worst service I have ever received from this location. And at this point the two remaining items that have yet to be addressed may just be completed at a competent repair shop. Jon ****-****-xxxx
A little concerned about the power steering pump leak and that it could be the timing valve cover instead.
