The only thing I can think of for you to do is to elevate is your communications. This issue is chapping your employees hides.
I would suggest going around to each person and asking what would be helpful to them communication-wise.
Refine the flow of your communications. Oh, and your phone tree also.

Old part left on vehicle just below the windshield. Valve stems were not the ones I had in the vehicle when I brought it in. On top of that, left front valve stem caps was left off and the other 3 were all DIFFERENT! AND…left front valve stem now looks different from the other 3. Something happened and I’d like to know what…why is that valve stem different? Hand smudge prints on hood and dirty drivers door sill plate from shop boots. I didn’t bring it in like like so why get it back like that?

I told 3 different employees that my car carried a Full Service Contract. I was still presented with a $334 bill. I told one of yoyr employees for the fourth tome. It took a while but rhey finally got it right.
The rest of the service was good.

Isaiah redeemed what was a very frustrating situation. He listened to my concerns and made the situation right. He took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and seemed genuine in his approach. The technician that worked on my car also did me the favor of topping off my brake fluid, which was greatly appreciated.
