I called to make an appointment for my battery that keeps dying. The lady on the phone informed me that it would be covered with my extended warranty. I get to the dealership for my appointment and they tell me 2 hours for an oil change and to look and test the battery. Ok that is fine with me. I asked when I dropped my car off if it was covered and they said yes but they will look into it. 2 hours later I ask when my car will be done. They tell me that the oil change is done and they are just now putting my battery on the trickle charger and it will be another hour 1/2. 3.5 hours later they inform me that my car is done and the battery is not covered. Ok thanks for letting me know 3 hours later… why even test it if it’s not covered!! Then proceeded to ask me if I wanted them to give me a quote for a new battery… NO THANK YOU if you won’t warranty them.
Was a little frustrated that I waited 3.5 hours for an oil change when they could have told me that the battery wasn’t on my warranty from the beginning!
They were very professional and easy to talk to.
Everyone was so nice from when I was greeted at my car until the time I left.
