I was so pleased with your service team’s attention to detail and how impressed I was with them finding an issue with the car that I became aware of after my appointment was booked while I was driving to drop off the car and put the keys in the night drop box—meaning I had not yet communicated my concern when the service was done at 7 am the next day. I was thrilled when I called at 8 am and the service team already had discovered the new concern. We have always had the service work on this car done at Damian Lillard, and highly recommend you to others. Thank you for always making sure my vehicle is safe!

My glovebox was tore apart ( my organizer) was on the floorboard. A very heavy flashlight was left on my dashboard and I didn’t realize it till I too a corner and it went flying and hit right below my window on the door.
Common courtesy you put things back the way you started. It took me 5 to 10 seconds to put my organizer back in. The part that pissed me off because it wasn’t put back the way it was. I had to take everything out and put it in. And don’t leave my things on my dashboard.
