I had a very positive experience. The service advisor was courteous, friendly knowledgeable, and he actually gave me a handout with the recommended services and what the costs are. That was incredibly helpful now I can plan ahead for budgeting and all of that and know what’s coming. He’s doing an excellent job!

It took 4 hours to get my oil changed and an alignment done. I was told 3 hours at the time of service. You all need a courtesy vehicle.
When your dealership found out that my vehicle was covered by an extended warranty and the so called “leak” that would cost me over $1,800 was covered by that warranty and your dealership would have to cover the cost, the “leak” mysteriously disappeared. In the future, any recommendations by your company will have to be verified by another mechanic. I don’t trust you.

I did tell the gal that checked me in about a coupon that I had forgotten at home for $10 or $20 off of me service today and she said that she would apply it to my service charges but it doesn’t look like that happened. I can send you a copy of the coupon.
Again, your Service Department exceeds all expectations. When I had scheduled a visor replacement service repair, I inquired about the RAV 4 Toyota Battery recall notice we had received. Not only did Damian Lillard have all the parts, but they did the battery tray recall service work at the same time as my visor replacement repair. Again, EXCELLENT customer service and Thank You for making sure we are always safe on the road.
