Michaela has exceptional customer service skills. She made me feel like I was the most important customer of the day. She has unique skills in working with elder and disabled customers. She also answered a brief followup question I posed the following day with very helpful advice. She made me feel like Damian Lillard was the best service department I have used in a lifetime. Everyone I interacted with was great. I also really enjoyed the passes to the museum and our time with Mike who drove us there and back via the shuttle. My only complaint was there being pretty big smears of what appeared to be motor oil on the center console armrest and the door panel. I wiped it up with some napkins and there didn’t seem to be any residual residue.
