I am John’s Curl’s wife Glenda. I had our car in for service last week and John’s truck in for service this week and everyone was so wonderful. While our truck was being serviced my neighbor’s puppy had a medical emergency and Mike drove me home so I could rush them to a vet in Salem. The next day Michaela arranged for Mike to pick me up so I could pay for my bill and get our truck. I really can’t express how grateful I am for everyone at the service counter, Michaela and Mike he was the absolute best ever. Thank you for providing such awesome professional and kind experiences for us.

I travel 50 miles and pass other dealers to come back to Lillard foe service. I appreciate your large service drive in bay, so cars can get in and out damage free. All the staff are always friendly and helpful. Thanks!

All concerns were met in the most positive manner.
I know it seemed like a busy day, but2 1/2 hours for an oil change ( inspection) is a very long time. Also recommended a $400.00 change differential fluids when I had it done last visit. Staff very friendly.

They did recall on battery housing and did this when I was in for service
They informed me of how long vehicle would be in shop and everything done in one day

Max has always done an amazing job with our cars he is professional and courteous. To be honest everyone on the service team are great and need to be appreciated. You should be proud of that whole team for their efforts and work they do

Wait time was a bit long. Had 12:00 appointment but was 2 hours before car was even looked at before work started. I had pretty much figured I would have to wait a bit but didn't expect 3 hours. I was told upon arrival probably 1 and a half to 2 hours
