And even when I was waiting, staff members would inquire if I was taken care of. Everyone so attentive - that says a lot of the work ethics. Thanks also for making sure I got a ride home when I left my vehicle overnight & the ride to the center when my car was done. Keep up the good work. Service rep did not make an effort to keep in contact with me during repair. I repeatedly had to call and leave a message requesting to speak with him to get an update. Additionally, amount quoted for brake service and door lock repair was not the amount that I was charged. I would NOT have chosen to proceed with brake service at this time if I had been given an accurate quote. It is also frustrating that I have repeatedly brought my vehicle in for these issues while it was under warranty and told it had to be basically 100% broken for them to diagnose the issue. Now that my vehicle is 3 years(but only 31,000mkles) and outside of warranty, I am charged almost $1000 for door lock repair that should have been covered.
Thomas was great. He addressed my concerns with the service team and gave me updates as soon as he could! Great job!

Isaiah is the best service representative I've ever had assist me in 40 years of owning Toyota vehicles. He was so impressive that we've arranged for our full-time travels to bring us through McMinnville in the fall for the next service appt. We cancelled a campground reservation up north, and will stay at Champoeg SHA, again.
Isaiah helped me to understand my truck better so I can utilize the ECT switch for more efficient towing of my 19-foot travel trailer. This, alone, is invaluable. Give Isaiah a raise, please!
