He’s your best advisor you have. I wish that there was that same quality on Saturdays. Since I come from Hillsboro I always come on Saturday because of my schedule. He is a true person who believes in customer service.

I left the vehicle with you with a quarter tank. When I picked it up it was empty. It would have been nice if you had replaced the quarter tank.

Well we screwed up on our appointment dates and Tommy still made it happen for both cars that were detailed. The customer service that you have really makes Lillard Toyota the best in the west.
