Car was not taken into the service area until 50-55 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. 3 of the last appointments have had a delay of at least 45 minutes

She did a great job. Notified me of an issue with the strut on the driver side. Fortunately, I had it replaced by another shop and it was still under warranty so I’m having it serviced soon. I wouldn’t have known about it failing. She was knowledgeable and got everything done quickly.

The service specialists are great there. I spoke with a young get gentleman that explained to me very kindly the potential cost I may incur. I was a little perturbed at first but he was patient with me. Isaiah was very helpful in the afternoon and got the tech Jason to ride around with me to show him my concerns. They were all great. My only real frustration is that it took nearly 3 hrs. Thankfully I have Fridays off but it’s a real time **** and I know you guys were. It’s after the holiday. God bless.

I have had four or five oil changes on our Camry and this time was by far the longest wait I have ever experienced. Service quality seems excellent but an hour and forty minutes seems excessive.

I’ve never been given a reason not to trust the Toyota service department. They recommend what’s needed but allow me to wait until the next time if possible. I love driving a reliable car.
Another good experience at Damian Lillard Toyota. My service advisor greeted me with a smile and within a minute of my arrival. She made sure to understand what I was there for and everything went very smooth. They are a very good team.

It took one hour and fifty minutes to do a tire rotation and fluid check. I had an appt. That's just too long for that. But also, they left greasy and dusty handprints all over my door, steering wheel, and sun visor. That really kind of stinks since my car is brand new. I think you can do better. Honestly, not even sure why they needed to touch the visor. But light grey really shows grease...
