Thomas was good and kind, but the service was poor. I waited for over five hours for service that was to take two or less. The problem was a communication glitch with the regional office that failed to respond to your dealership. It was just an unfortunate situation.

The repairs are still in progress on my vehicle, be done this Tuesday. I’m sure the rebuild of the brakes will be great with OEM parts.
