Things could’ve been a lot easier with the app process if somebody would’ve explained it to me instead of just saying oh there’s an app I did navigate my way through it, but I could see how someone would have a lot of problems with it and in the end it didn’t work anyway

Very pleased with the service I received. Friendly and efficient.
I took a lot longer than usual and it would have helpful to know prior to our appointment so we could have driven 2 cars in. We ubered home and it’s was just a pain. Other than that, it was perfect.
Got home from my servicing appointment and noticed yellow tape on the top of my car. Called the service department and they are like yeah that needs to stay on for 3- days for the resin to cure. Like this is something I would just know. Would be nice if they told you things like this before leaving. Always a long wait.

The service people are very professional. The system you use to to report to the customer needs some improvement. There was a service performed that was covered by my service agreement, but when I got the recommendation, it wasn’t stated anywhere that it was covered.
Isaiah was great and explained everything that had been done in a clear manner.
You scheduled the service for July 3. I did not request it that date. When I arrived I was told it would take 1.5 hours because "Everyone wants to get in before the holiday."
Two hours later I drove out, after a basic oil change and tire rotation. And the line of cars for service was gone. This was a complete breakdown of scheduling. A basic function of managing your organization.
Only issue was; the smell I talked about with you when the AC is on is still there. You had said they could spray some kind of disinfectant to lessen the odor and I do t believe that was done. The odor is still the same.
