My truck did not get fixed. I was told by 2 people that it did. That was 8 hours out of the day for 3 different people. I will be contacting a manager in the morning.

In all of our experiences with Damian Lillard Toyota,Tommy has been exceptionally professional, attentive, transparent, and kind. He is the reason we feel comfortable whenever we have a question or concern about our Prius.
I was satisfied with the actual service. However, after driving 2 hours to get to Damian Lillard, I was told service was essentially rotating my tires and doing some checks. But I thought it also included an oil change. I would not have driven all the way there had I realized I didn't actually need an oil change and would only be getting a check and tire rotation, but I was under the impression I was due for one when I made the appointment since my maintenance required light kept coming on. I would appreciate knowing upfront exactly what is going to be done when I set an appointment and prior to arriving and what is part of my appointment so I can plan accordingly. I was given the option to change my oil for a reduced price which was nice considering I would not pay $100 for one when I get get for less where I live. But the reduced price made it worth doing the oil change since I was there.

Good service by the staff from start to finish. The person who greeted me and took my key at check-in was very friendly. Then I believe it was Ryan that assisted me later. He was courteous and helpful. He took care of my bill and even walked me to my car. Thank you.
My seat setting was completely jacked up and there is no button to return as is. Very frustrating. I also got a phone call saying my vehicle was done 2 hours after dropping my vehicle off and then received a text saying I would be updated on my car another 2 hours later. I then received another text this morning at 7 saying my vehicle was done and ready for pick up. Immunization system not great. I have mentioned this before but I think it would be nice to offer a car wash with service.
