Everyone , esp Tommy, was so helpful. I was on the verge of losing my alternator right before a trip to eastern Oregon. So grateful the guys in the shop fixed THAT and found ( and fixed) another potentially dangerous situation with cracked rocker arm joints…? I think that’s what it was. Plus a couple other things… Toyota takes very good care of my aging Camry!
Last service I sent an email regarding my disappointment with being offered a replacement engine air filter only to discover the stock air filters are reusable. I never heard back on this matter. This service I was told my air filter was “a little dirty” but the filter that was used as a comparison was a filthy used stock filter. My K&N filter was MUCH cleaner than the comparison.
My visit today was wonderful as usual. Everything was explained to me in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Thank you !
