Nicholas did a great job. He caught the fact that I was still running on stock oil and he got it changed on the spot. Should have been changed at previous service but rep said it wasn't needed at 10K. Thanks nicholas. Also, a sales rep responded to my trade in value request on site and put together quote on new tacoma.
