Nicholas was very professional. I was impressed that he checked for the car maintenance program and let me know I had one more to use. Last time I was in, I thought I had used all the prepaid oil changes since I was charged full price. I was very impressed! It felt above customer service, compared to the people visits!

Isaiah was awesome! Very pleasant to talk to, I had a lot of questions (so did my mother when she called which was highly embarrassing. Isaiah didn't even seem to mind lol). He explained the importance of replacing parts that were broken and failing. Tommy was also very nice to talk to, turns out he owns a car with a rotary engine! Never knew what one was! Both gentlemen were great at explaining the process of taking my car in to get serviced and even found a funny older man (sorry red shoes, I forget your name)to give me a ride home! We talked about what it was like growing up vs kids these days, and how we used to climb trees haha! Overall very happy and impressed! Please find and give these great men raises!!! I think my Toyota parts could cover the cost of that haha, seriously though. Thank you! Have a great day!

I was told 1 hour wait but after 1 hour and 35 minutes I asked for an update. I was told 10 more minutes. I left after 2 hours and 15 minutes. I drive from Salem to prevent waits and lack of communication like this. Likely going to stay close to home next time

I brought in my 4 Runner because multiple sensor warning lights had come on. I called to ask if it was safe to drive and the scheduler said it could be risky since the SRS Airbag sensor was one of them. So I came in, waited over an hour only to be told the diagnostic did show the warnings had been triggered, but there was nothing that could be done since the warnings had reset. I expressed my disappointment with the assistant that did my appointment and asked what do I do now, and asked if I got in an accident would he guarantee my airbags would work. He said of course he couldn’t guarantee it. That right there made me upset. My 4 Runner has 19k miles on it and has never been in an accident. I should feel like I am safe in driving it, yet with the issue I had, I got a diagnostic run and told I couldn’t be guaranteed that my airbags would deploy in the event of an accident. My opinion of the level of service I received is almost as low as it could possibly be.

I am a regular customer. The last two times I have been in there for service It has taken almost 2 hours, when I am initially told it would be about 1 hour. Other than that I am happy with the service.
