Very polite and hard-working I appreciate the service department team today when I got there there is a lot of cars in the bay and people pulling up it was a Saturday and everyone was just working really hard to make their customers happy really appreciate it

It would have been nice if the person id initially spoken with on the phone had told me the service would take 3 hours. I was told 1.5 hours. I didn't know it would be 3 hours. If I had I would have planned the service day differently.
I'm constantly happy with the service I receive from Ryan. He's been really helpful and creative with suggesting solutions for my car's consistent issue with turning into a mouse hotel. I really appreciate how calm and easy you all make the whole process. Thank you.
Isaiah was the service advisor, but his assistant actually worked with me, outside of the final billing. Both did well.

I also received help from two other service reps during course of my wait. Now their names escape me. One checked me in with much courtesy for my special instructions and the other started to check me out, but he reminded me that my headlight covers needed restoration which he arranged immediately! Then Nick finished checking me out after we reviewed future maintenance needs. I was very pleased with all three gentlemen! So sorry I have forgotten their names.
