Isaiah kept me fully apprised of the diagnostic being performed on my vehicle at all times and when the analysis came back negative for any faults he kindly reduced the fee in half. He certainly did not have to do that and it was greatly appreciated, as was his attention to my vehicle. I will certainly return when my vehicle needs attention or perhaps for a new automobile.
It took 3 trips between my husband and myself to deal with this tire issue. After being told you couldn’t find a leak and we would have to pay to replace a tire with minimal mileage on it, the Master Tire person found a leaking stem!
Maybe your company needs to invest more in training your staff.
The role of the Master is to support, guide and train those that under him/her so apparently the Master also needs more support to make this happen.

Attentive and communication with services was good.
They said the service would take an hour and it was exactly on time. Everyone was professional and courteous. Only suggestion I can think of is to notify the owner that the headlights were turned off if the vehicle was dropped off with lights set to auto. Will give top ratings if Toyota reaches out.
