After I left the dealership, I saw that my multi info display was not set back to where I had it. And I didn’t know how to reset it. I looked at the owners manual and couldn’t figure it out. I called the dealership and spoke with a rep and she was unable to help me. Can someone else help me? Yes. But she couldn’t get any other person. After waiting for some time, I suggested she call me and leave a voice message when she had figured it out. No voice message from her either that evening or the next morning. I called again the next morning. Went to “voice mail is full”. Hung up. At which time I had to drive BACKTO THE DEALERSHIP! I was very unhappy with the customer service at that point. Fortunately one of the service people was able to help. He was very polite, knowledgeable and empathetic with my situation.

It took longer than expected. I made an appointment at 10 am for 4 pm. The service desk didn’t know about the appointment, and they didn’t have the bulb for replacement. They had to have one delivered after I arrived. I don’t believe it was the service technician that was to blame, maybe communicating with every one involved. The young man that gave me my keys back was very professional and courteous. I just believe that it was a hiccup among the system. But in all I did get my head light replaced and I was on my way. Thank you! P.S. in all it was fine.

Did they really do the car inspection? Told intake service man the passenger side rear taillight was out It was not repaired Even if I did not mention it, the taillights should have been checked on the inspection Needed new wiper blades… also not checked Makes one wonder what was checked We’re the tires rotated Busy place with lack of thoroughness and personal care

I had an appointment for 1PM - 2PM. The vehicle was checked in just before 1PM. It was nearly 3PM by the time it was released to me. I was told there was a new system to help streamline the customer experience. I hope you can see the irony here. It is my opinion that the new system was not at fault, rather it is more likely this was an issue with scheduling. If you cannot keep appointments, do not make them.

A horrible experience! The girls, (including Peyton) at the intake desks were impersonal, too busy on the computers ane phones, no eye contact and definitely no customer service. After waiting 2 hours I left without service to my car. I called the General manager and at 6pm,Brian the Sales Dept Manager called me and explained that all girls were trainees. They would be gone in 2-3 days. I rescheduled my appt for repairs for the following week. Hopefully I will get my car serviced without all the rudeness and disregard. I hope this Agency never consents to allowing a group of rude, cold people to train at the expense of their customers!
