I tried to describe what was wrong with my car three or four different times and somebody didn’t seem to recognize what I said so the service department was looking for an oil leak when it was actually a leak in the front interior of the car so it wasted the services time it wasted my time and all there was was a hose that was disconnected and it was leaking water in the passenger side floor. I think there should be some kind of rate for a diagnosis when it was just putting two hoses together to pay $150 for that I think it’s ridiculous. If there was something that needed parts or more labor-intensive work then I can see the diagnosis being legitimate but to put two hoses together I think it’s not worth the diagnosis for my case the communication between the intake and what was wrong with my car was very poor communication at least three times I had to tell someone what was wrong with my car then finally when I talk to the service agent it finally got taken care of

The light that was replaced on my car was not installed correctly.
Everyone was nice and explained what was happening with my car.
Sidney was very nice and helpful. I have a broken foot and use a knee scooter. Sidney was thoughtful in helping me get in and out of the building, and using the easiest entrances. People were thoughtful and offered to help me unload my scooter. I also had a gentleman offer me a drink and he brought me a water while I sat in the lobby. Very happy with the overall experience

You were unable to diagnose the problem with the tire the first time, so it went flat again and had to be brought back a second time.
Very easy process. I do wish the process for first timers was a little more clear as I was not directed to correct place by text & wasn’t sure if I should tell someone I was there & what I looked like so they could then tell me when my vehicle was done. But all in all, 10/10!
