The job supposed to take an hour and half and I was there for four hours. The brake job was done already few month ago and they did it again as was not done correctly from the beginning. I was told that by 3:00 pm the van will be ready, I checked by 3:30 if it was ready and he had the key there, by the time he finished the paperwork was 4:00 pm. So I hope the brakes work well now, otherwise I will take the van in Salem to be fix and send you the bill, I am not going to go all the way there and wait that long anymore. Thank you

Each time I've been in the have my toyota service they have been unable to wash the truck. They say that it is part of the toyota care but they never do it.

Also, does Damian Lillard Toyota install seven pin trailer connector on a hybrid highlander? I have the standard four pin trailer connector but wanted to add the seven pin connector.

I came to Lillard Toyota after several disappointing experiences at Capitol Toyota. The service at your establishment was awesome. The only thing I was surprised about was that you don’t offer Aquapel. But that’s not a big deal. I also got a free car wash at Capitol, but, also, not a big deal. Everyone was so nice, and the service was really quick.
John was very helpful getting my truck ready for a long drive to Florida. He advised me on some needed services and did not try to sell me what I didn’t need. He went out of his way to accommodate my short schedule. Thanks John!

Your service team (Smiles and Colin) is the best I’ve ever seen at any dealership, but I can’t say the same about the sales side. Didn’t offer me anything special despite the circumstances we had with our new Prius. Ended up buying a new Prius Prime at Gladstone Toyota for $1,500 below MSRP today.
Things were exceptional. I asked Jordan (John) to get me all the details needed to make our visit as smooth as possible and he and his team delivered just that. My wife and I would recommend him and the team to anyone wanting an efficient trip and solid service.
