There needs to be better organization/communication between the service techs and the cashier. It took the cashier over 20 minutes to find my car key & get someone to print a receipt before I could leave. I had already paid online so it should not have been that difficult. I also did not get a print out of the inspection that I requested. She said the only one I could have was the one I got via text and no one could print a paper copy for me. Lastly, I had to resign paperwork to “approve” the work that had already been completed which did not seem right.

We had unusual damage to our air vent system. It was repaired and John took a couple extra steps to h hopefully prevent future damages. It was kind and thoughtful.

Front license plate holder was not installed. However someone removed my custom Midrealm license plate frame on my rear plate and replaced it with a lillard Toyota frame. I noticed the front holder wasn’t installed as requested but figured maybe you were busy, but this morning when I saw my rear frame was removed and replaced I got upset.

Scheduled a key fob 3 weeks prior. Waited 2 1/2 hours at appointment to be told a new fob would arrive the next day. Rescheduled for noon the following day, but was told the new fob should arrive earlier and they will call. Received a call at 1pm and told that there is a delay and they will call. No phone call for the next 26 hours. Decided to go personally to Damian Lillard Toyota. Miraculously, the fob had just arrived and got me in. But… they don’t have the machine to cut the key and I will have to take care of that myself. $377.25 for a key fob, an uncut key, and a waste of three full days. Don’t think I will return anytime soon.

I had scheduled an appt for warranty brake replacement. I showed up for my appt today, checked in, sat down to wait until the repairs were completed….45 minutes later I was told the parts had not come in, so the repairs could not be done! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I was put in a life-threatening position in my vehicle due to the negligence of one of Damian Lillard’s technicians. A bolt was not torqued appropriately when I had work done there, leading to it backing out while I was driving. Ultimately, Smiles, Isaiah, and the team corrected the issue as quickly as possible, but I have lost confidence in the skill set and attention to detail required for this type of service, and won’t likely recommend your company for service needs. That being said, every employee that I’ve dealt with there has been kind and courteous, and after an excellent purchase experience with LeeAnne, I will recommend your team for non-service needs!

I will be stopping by on my way home from work tomorrow morning. There’s a noise coming from the driver side, it sounds like my tire. It may be something wrong. They did rotate the tires
