Austen has made my first experience at Lillard Toyota a pleasurable one. He was very informative and explained the service I was getting for my car. Austen directed me to the waiting area and informed me what amenities were being offered. Having Austen as a Service Advisor along with the Service Team has regained my trust and confidence with Toyota.

My son bought his Tacoma from Damian Lillard Toyota here in McMinnville and suggested that I bring my Toyota, that I purchased to the Honda dealer just outside of town, over to you to have it serviced when I woke up to some major issues that could not be identified. Isaiah was not only kind but thorough and empathetic and extremely attentive to every detail that I had to share. I anticipate a longer wait and a little heckling for not knowing anything about car work and for the way I described the issue, I was both surprised and pleased to be treated with dignity and respect and to have my car back in such a quick turnaround was absolutely amazing. Because of Isaiah and everyone at Damian Lillard Toyota and those amazing donuts, you have a customer for life! My son gave a rave review long ago and I kind of brushed it off. Unfortunately car dealerships get a bad rap for being pushy and two sales tactic focused. I was amazed at the customer care and warm welcome by everyone at your dealership. Thank you again:-)

I feel like $544.67 was extraordinarily high just to bleed my brakes and add a little fluid. Also I brought a new rotor and they installed it. A 10 minute job. Plus charging me $145 for diagnosis. The people were all nice, but I won't bring it back. It costs to much. And I've bought several cars there too.
Isaiah was great! He was very open and honest with what maintenance my car needed and how much it would cost. He was also very friendly and accommodating.
I really enjoyed they sent a video of our car being serviced.
