Austen Barker was super helpful and friendly when I was dropping off my vehicle to get serviced. I dropped it off, when I came back to pick it up my vehicle I wasn’t greeted kind of trying to figure out where I needed to go for the pick up and payment. Went to the payment area the cashiers weren’t very friendly, I had to initiate the conversation. I wasn’t given a run down of the service. I didn’t get a packet letting me know what things need to get changed or serviced next or what service was provided. Overall the service was awful when picking up my vehicle.

Your team spent 2 half-days searching for a resolution to a plethora of simultaneous warning lights. The circumstances seem to have resolved themselves. I trust the Toyota brand, and the Service staff at Damien Lillard Toyota. I appreciate their fair pricing and professionalism.

I don't know who Issah is. We worked with Rylan and the guy on finance from Ketchikan. Both were good, although I was a little disappointed we didn't get any swag, especially with that big purchase
