03/24/2023, I arrived at service center at 7:am for headlight bulb replacement. They immediately addressed the situation and I was back on the road within five minutes. Thank you! Also have appointment for Monday, 03/27/2023 at 11:30am.

The woman I talked to was very polite and did a fine job, but I got charged an extra fee for asking the tech to look at the transmission fluid,and was told it was impossible because it's a sealed transmission. Your tech should be embarrassed for telling a customer that when you offer transmission fluid replacement. There are drain and fill plugs are within 18 inches from the oil pan plug; all he had to do was check. That's why I asked for them to check, because it's right next to their heads where they were working. It's not impossible,and it's even what's recommended in the manual that was in the glove box. Toyota dealership techs should know how to check fluids on a Toyota transmission if you offer a fluid service on them. This is the first time I've ever been charged a fee for someone NOT to do something.

No need to contact me. I came in for my 10k service. They said they were going to check a recall. Then apparently decided to perform the recall. My 45 minute oil change turned into a 2.5+ hour wait without simply asking if I could wait that long.

This was the first time I’ve received text messages about what needs to be done (while I was in the waiting area). I think I prefer having a face to face conversation so I can have things explained to me.
John was friendly and respectful. I enjoyed working with him. After the work was done, I asked him if they checked the tires and he said they were filled to 35psi. After driving the vehicle for a minute all 4 tires showed 31. So I returned and asked him about that. He remedied the situation and they all read 35 (one read 36.) I am so appreciative of having them inflated properly. I already have an improvement in my fuel economy. Thank you, John and the Toyota Team!! Hurrah!! Jeanne B
I received this question and a message that my car was ready to be picked up recently, but I haven’t had the car in since January 2023. You’re confusing me with another customer.
I was never told why this problem (a nearly 4-figure expense) occurred. I was never offered a car to use while my car received repairs despite my relying on a car to work everyday. My mileage settings and clock were changed and not changed back to the correct time. I had to reset both. I really want to make this dealer my Toyota dealer (instead of Wilsonville), but there is very little attention to detail at this dealer. I am disappointed.
Isaiah was excellent. He gave me an update and explained what was being done by the technicians.
