My invoice specifically states that rotating the tires and checking tire air pressure is part of the service. Neither was done. I know this because the tire with low pressure when I brought the car in for service still had the same low pressure and was still in the same place - the right front - when I left. Not a big deal, but it makes you wonder if something else wasn't done that should have. Also, on the final page of the invoice, under found issues, it says "mount and balance four tires" for $140.05. This service was not requested, was not done, nor was I charged for it.

Payton was great to work with and keep things moving. My mom and I had dropped our cats off together and when she couldn't reach my mom she called me knowing we were together. We truly appreciated her going the extra step to help us. Thank you

Way too expensive for a simple oil change! You forgot to reinstall cabin filter, and $50 for that filter which I can buy for $10 is totally ridiculous.

While living in Salem I purchased the Tundra from Capitol and had service performed there. They always washed the truck. I miss that courtesy.

My vehicle was over filled with oil. When I went to get in my vehicle it stunk so bad of body Oder that I had to let it air out for hours and still couldn’t get smell out. Using disinfectant and air freshener. Hope it takes care of it. As it was disgusting. I bring my truck to a dealership because I want the best service I can get for my vehicle by professional technicians. Austen, my service advisor was stuck in the middle of a bad situation because of other employees. He did a great job in resolving the issues. But seriously technicians don’t pay attention to what is on the tickets for service requested and leaving a vehicle contaminated with bad hygiene, body odor that literally won’t even air out is pretty ridiculous as to how it has not been addressed because I’m sure there’s other people that have said something.

I was dissatisfied because I drove an hour and half to have my car that I bought 2 weeks ago from you guys car serviced under warranty and they fixed it and told me that I was still required to pay a portion out of pocket which I was surprised by. They dropped it $25 which appreciate but still frustrated that I had to pay for it since it was under warranty.

I would just like to say that working with Damian Lillard Toyota was an overall joy.. Isaiah was great Any question I asked he either knew the answer or went back and asked the mechanic to be sure. He really took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going on. I did not get the same service with my recent visit at wilsonville Toyota and I will not be returning there for any service needs in the future. I trust that my service needs with the crew yesterday were handled with care. Thank you
