Shuttle drivers and cashiers were awesome. Service techs seemed like they were having a bad day and were annoyed. No clear explanations on vehicle status/findings. This is the second time the service has lacked. Thinking of going elsewhere for service, unfortunately.

Service was good but they tried to charge us for the free service
I went to get the tires balanced that Toyota put on when I bought my truck from Toyota and they cannot balance. My tires and I sat waiting for two hours before they told me they cannot balance on that and I need to go to Les Schwab Toyota put the tires on and they haven’t been balanced sense.

Only lasted 10 miles. I understand that it wasn't a guaranteed fix but for $535 I'm disappointed.
Cost up too much. Next visit mileage 30,000 miles past current odometer. Called for correction but never received.
