Isaiah was both helpful and kind while my car a was being repaired.
I called to reschedule an appointment and when my husband was almost there to have the service done, I was informed that the person that I rescheduled with had not even written it down so my husband had to wait about an hour and a half till the simple 15,000 mile service was finished. He has a really bad back so he was really hurting because he had to wait so long!!! Also I am not electronically inclined and I think they turned off the side safety lights

They recommended two filter changes and when I asked to see the filters that needed replacing since I had just had someone else do a 100,000 Mi check up on my car in October, they came back and showed me that only one of them really needed to be replaced so that gave me little confidence in them not trying to take advantage of me. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of by your dealership.

Thank you for fixing my headlight which went out! I do plenty of night driving and now feel safe knowing it’s fixed!
First, don't call me. I pulled up to your service bay and parked behind a car already in the bay. Then I'm met by your employee telling me next time to pull forward. How? There was a vehicle in front of me. I don't appreciate being scolded by your employee, especially when I have done nothing wrong. Needless to say I will not return.
Once again it was very slow getting my car done. After being there a hour it hadn't even been taken back even though I was told on arrival it would take about a hour to a hour and 15 minutes. When I asked her about it she said we'll discount it. This never happened.
Isaiah has been amazing. We had previously had a very bad experience with CJ as well as Rick. Parts were damaged by the tech, I was told direct lies and had to return due to poor workmanship.
Isaiah has been very communicative, punctual with returning calls, honest and forthcoming with information. The new service manager has also been great to deal with.
I would give the new team I'm working with 5 stars. After my previous experience I really wanted to post a bad review as well as contact Toyota if the problem wasn't fixed.
It now seems to be fixed and your team has regained my trust.
