It was quicker this time. Last time it took 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change/tire rotation and they lost my hub cap or put it on too loose. So this time was better.

You should do a complimentary car wash like Capital does. Every car leaves washed and vacuumed. It’s a nice touch

The last two times I have come in for oil changes it has taken over 1 1/2 hours. The first time my washer fluid was not filled up. This time I was in my way out and they came up to me to let me know they had not put my air filters back in. That should not happen.

I would have been completely satisfied with my experience if the repair would have been completed on time. My service advisor (Isaiah) did a great job and really worked hard to rectify the situation.

Yes. , you all are so kind. I will return tomorrow morning, I think I need to have the sensors reset. One of the idiot lights Is on. It’s a! In yellow on the far left side, so I’ll come in first thing in the morning and see if if it can just be reset.
