I scheduled both a routine service as well as a recall for the backup camera. When I arrived I was told it would be 3-1/2 hours, something NOT told to me when I scheduled. Since I do not have an entire afternoon to waste, I now need to reschedule.

The service was fantastic snd especially the remarkable transformation the interior detail folks accomplished….a 12 year old car woth rodent damage and chewed up debris,lots and lots of pine needles and general areas of untidy places in thr car, and it is now not only clean but the rodent odor is gone. Isaiah as always, helpful, understanding, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated he was ok with my request for the non chemical odor treatment.
I appreciated that the recommendations were not pushed. It was clear what was immediately necessary and what could wait until the next service. Also appreciated the lounge area
Very welcoming team! Even if they’re busy, they have a second to say hello and love the snacks in the waiting room keeps an energetic toddler calm. Went in to get my car serviced, thanks to the guy that serviced my car. Did it very fast I was out the door in less than 30 minutes

I love this dealership and everyone I have ever worked with here has been great, but to be honest, I was a little frustrated with this specific situation. During my last oil change I reported that the buttons on my key were no longer working all of the time, and during that appointment the battery was replaced in the key. This seemed to work for a time, but eventually the problem came back. Knowing that it probably wasn’t a battery issue again so soon after replacement, I made an appointment. When I dropped the vehicle off, I mentioned that the battery was replaced during the last oil change, and that I thought we may have another issue. Still, I was charged $185 for the diagnostic fee, only to be told that they once again replaced the battery in the key and that solved the problem. When I picked the vehicle up I again mentioned that replacing the battery only solved the issue temporarily last time, and begrudgingly paid. Also, the key still does not work in the manual lock on the vehicle doors. I guess I had hoped that if the battery simply needed to be replaced again, that maybe this could have been tried before having to pay $185, especially since this had been done by the dealership last time. It’s not the end of the world, and overall my experiences have been great. But this was a little disappointing.

A big thank you for the great service today from your team. They went way beyond helping me with my Lexus. From giving a jump for my dead battery and then replacing it with a much needed new battery. Everything was completely professional and done with ease. Great waiting room too!! Such a great experience!
