Just a suggestion. Other Toyota dealers are putting service specials for oil changes 99.95 and special for 2 months at $59.95. During this economic time of uncertainty I will be taking advantage of specials like that for oil change service. Will your service department ever have specials like that? I love your service but also need to be going where I can get more bang for the buck. Not thrilled about going to store in Hillsboro. Do you honor other dealership coupon/soecials.

Unable to locate our key fob after service. We used another key fob when we picked up vehicle and had to go back to dealership later to find the fob we left at time of service. Service representative finally found fob with paperwork in the service writer office.

My trunk area has not been put back together and there's a piece or part sitting out on the front seat and I don't know where it goes. Can somebody please help me and figure out what to do with that barn?
