I was told I needed to change my cabin air filter. I opted to try doing it myself and bought one from your parts department. Thomas checked me out and so kindly showed me how to replace the cabin air filter. He also showed me several other helpful events, such as how to jump my battery underneath the hood, I adjusted the height that my back gate can be set to he was so helpful and enthusiastic about helping. I suggested to him as I have to others that I would love to see your dealership set up a program, perhaps monthly, more customers of the RAV4 prime can come in and learn things about their car. Please consider this.

You tend to up sell. I came in for service not a 100 point inspection that decided I needed an interior filter for 90 dollars. I tried your service years ago for my 2015 and that time you came up with a 1000 dollar suggestion, I had my local mechanic check and it was decided most were not necessary. Don’t get me wrong I love my car but Toyotas service is one big pain in the hind end. This is not just your dealership I’ve tried two others and I’m convinced it is a corporate thing
The team was fantastic in keeping me updated on the care of my Landcruiser. They were fantastic and having a shuttle crew who were so curious to take me home and get me when the repair qas done, was priceless. Thank you all so very much!
