We came in w a 13 year old vehicle and were treated w the same courtesy and care as if we brought in a brand new vehicle. We drive an older vehicle because we’re frugal. Whenever we need work or are ready to replace it, we already know where we’ll go.

Your service technician could not determine why my radio stop working. My husband came in to pay the invoice and forgot to use the coupon I gave him. I came back in 2 days later with my paid invoice and the coupon and your staff wouldn’t honor the $10.00 coupon.

I was very angry because they would not rotate my tires I care for my truck very well I had already had plans to buy new tires but not right now I have a daughter getting married in may I have to Waite for that I felt they did not rotate my tire in hopes I would buy new ones. I now will get the rotated elsewhere and when I get new tires it will not be there. I am very in tune with my vehicle and if a customer ask for them to be rotated you should rotate them.
