I had to make two separate trips for the first no-cost maintenance check because on the first trip, tire rotation was skipped. It is frustrating to look at my paperwork and realize they missed that important item, and then have to call and make another appt. As a customer who is committing significant amounts of money toward a new car, I want the peace of mind to know that the work will be done completely and thoroughly each time.
I was 95% satisfied. Few things that need improvement: 1. I got a message via text about the car being ready other than a few suggested add-ons, and that the service advisor would call to review. I waited 30 minutes and ended up calling him instead. 2. I got voice mail each time I called the service department. I never used to experience this. 3. When the car is parked on the lot, ready for pickup, the service tag should be removed. Otherwise, they did a great job!

I’m always amazed at how quick the service is here. Nicholas was welcoming and explained everything before, during, and after I dropped off my car, so I knew it was in good hands. It was also easy to schedule my next appointment with Nicholas right then and there.

Is wiper fluid considered a fluid you top off? I left my appointment today and used my windshield wipers and had no washer fluid. My invoice said topped off fluids. Makes me question if my other important fluids were actually checked and topped off. I've always been happy with damian Lillard toyota, but today was my first time questioning my service.

Thought the mouse screen previously Installed would prevent mouse damage to our filters, if I remember it cost almost $200.00, apparently not so. Any suggestions to keeping the critters out of my car's motor? Otherwise service was great and the staff very friendly and helpful.
I went in to get my battery inspected as my car would not start. My battery was under warranty from your shop. I was told over the phone it would take about 30 minutes and I would be on my way.
I was in your shop for over 2.5 hours, and there was no resolution on why my car wouldn't start, and they wouldn't replace the battery. They also wanted to charge me $185 for a diagnostic test despite my battery being under warranty.
I had a very unsatisfying experience today.
