Each time I go in, people "forget" I have paid for extended service. Look it up before you print up a bill.
Also, you tried charging me 50 bucks for an air filter that I got for 20 at Walmart. In addition to that, the service people went out of their way to leave the oak leaves in the filter after I declined the 50 dollar filter. Someone had to actually try to keep the leaves in the filter when they put it back in. That seems a bit vindictive to me. Makes me doubt the quality of service I'm getting at this dealership.

No, they changed the oil ONLY!? They didn’t vacuum out my car! When I was there previously, they went above and beyond and this time it wasn’t good. It took 2 hours and there was one other person there! I was really disappointed with the service that I received, no updates from a human. I kind a like when a human comes to tell me, we’re at this point on your car. None of that! I am all about Damian Lillard, but my gosh, you would think Dame would have his biz running smoothly! ????
Mostly was great. However when I booked online I started receiving text and I wrote back multiple times asking for the price of the service I booked, and none one wrote back. Seems like your chat bot needs some updating.
Requested cabin filters be looked at for replacement and to discuss during appointment, didn’t happen. Car was finished for 15 minutes or more but I wasn’t notified I saw my car and had to ask for payment. I don’t like headlights are turned off during service. Service has declined at Mac the past couple of years.
Colin in service and Leanne and sales went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure I was happy and feeling safe in my used car. Absolutely some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in any sector. Kudos to them both ????????????
