Isaiah was great. The parts ordered and installed was less than satisfactory. I did not get what was ordered.
I had gotten a flat tire on my truck and didn’t know what my warranties covered. When I came in , I didn’t have an appointment, but I was helped immediately. The service department was extremely helpful and the gentleman that helped me even made sure I saw (and got to keep) the item that caused my tire to puncture. I have been extremely happy with all of the dealings that I have had with Lillard Toyota. Jill S
