poor communications and failure to three calls (messages left) about status. no excuse for such poor handling of a simple appt

That only thing that could have been better is if they would have vacuumed the floors or maybe washed the windows.
I was very grateful that I could be squeezed in without an appointment today. My battery was dead and the AAA person who responded wasn’t comfortable working on it since it’s a hybrid vehicle. He jump started my car and said take it to Toyota. Most importantly, “don’t turn off the engine!”
It was a mix of:
1) over and above shuttle service. Thank you!!!
2) confusing and contradictory information about added services needed, I.e. engine filter at $400+. Then the representative said it was not needed.

Austen Barker is an incredible asset to your team. When I called, he was responsive, kind, and knowledgable and immediately got me set up with an appointment for needed service. He explained everything in detail and extremely customer service oriented. He followed up promptly and was an excellent liaison between the service team and myself. Super friendly and helpful. I would come back to Damian Lillard for service and future car purchases even though I live an hour away! Thank you Austen!
