I thoroughly enjoyed having Isaiah as a service tech. He was able to accommodate me when I made an appointment error and schedule the wrong day. Isaiah gave me the impression that he listens and takes care of his customers service needs. He is definitely an valuable asset for Lillard Toyota.
Due to part not coming in when scheduled, instead of no charge service using TSB, I paid $321. Brake job $375 less $25 coupn it would have been $350 so I was given a $29 credit for my inconvenience. So from $0 to $321 for someone else's mistake does not seem fair. Also what should have been 2 hrs ended up being 3.5 hrs. I had other things planned that did not get done. This was my first major dealing with this dealership. Unfortunately it left me feeling cheated. If they had offered a split of the $350, it would have seemed fairer to me.
Service was efficient and as promised. At 4:30 the donuts were gone. Ok for me I am gluten free but other customers seemed disappointed. I was happy with the popcorn. I was surprised that as I explored current inventory of cars on the lot, no sales folks asked for my interest in cars. Though not immediately in the market. I will probably be shopping for a hybrid highlander within a year or so.

The only disappointment was the air filter and cabin filter wasn't changed out. I think what happened was wrong got engaged in discussing the brakes and AC. I thought it would be a part of the offer in the full service oil change

Austin was just fine bent over backwards in fact to apologize. But there is a pattern of poor performance in the service department. The only reason I continue to go to your service center is it’s location
Last time I was in they were supposed to fix my brakes because this week, they had my car the entire day and at the end of the day said they were going to keep it to the next day. They were kind enough to give me a rental car for free
This time I ordered a seatbelt 4 to 6 weeks in advance, made the appointment at the same time to have it replaced , when I arrived to have it replaced and have my normal service done I asked them also to fix this week in breaks here. It is the next day same sound here it is the next day no seatbelt because it was never ordered.
So now, why should I even believe that my oil got changed yesterday and I got my standard service?
