Brought my truck in for 15000 mile service. 2 1/2 hours later they were done and when I got home I realized my tonneau cover was removed and disassembled in pieces laying in back of bed. I know there is a recall for the tonneau cover but your service department had no right to remove my property from my truck and not even have the courtesy to discuss it with me in any way, shape, or form. It was not mentioned or discussed with me before, during, or after my appointment. They just removed it on their own free will and didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me. I will NEVER do any business of any kind at your dealership again.
They were fairly quick with getting my cd’s out and we’re very polite the whole time, I got asked many times if I needed anything while waiting which cleared all worries.
I had a 1:45pm appointment. Work didn't even start on my vehicle until 3:05pm. I was told that things were behind because other people showed up late for their appointments. I showed up on time-- that's not my problem, but I was punished for being punctual.
If you're running almost an hour-and-a-half behind schedule, you should be calling people to let them know. It would be disrespectful of your employees' time if I showed up late for my appointment, so why isn't my time respected?

The online MultiPoint Inspection service form did not indicate that the tires had been rotated, but the printed report did. April reassured me that the tires had been rotated, but it causes doubt when the tech doesn’t check it off on the form.
The online tool indicates that there is a balance due, but this first service was supposed to be part of Toyota Care. I was checked out and told there was no amount due.
Austin was very helpful with the driver seat settings which had not been initialized properly at time of purchase. Not happy that my 2nd key fob has not been delivered. I’ve been waiting 5 months.

The service was great, however the problem is not fixed. Everyone was very nice but I am still dealing with the problem I brought the car in for.

John was quick and efficient. The service was done faster than I expected. I had a hard time reading the service report on my phone and John was quick to offer to print it.
I wish they would print it in color like they used to. It is a good visual and I keep them in my records.
I really appreciated how positive Austen was in helping me with the problem with the repair of my truck.
My wife brought car in for service. When she got the car back she did not realize the passenger mirror was folded in until she was driving. By then it was too late to remedy the issue until parked at home. This did not effect the service though.
