I was there an hour and 3/4 just to have the oil changed
I still would like to talk to John about the law forbidding selling a dangerous used car as the Power Buick did. I told them the car shimmied and they said they would fix the brakes and align the steering. They kept the car for two days and did neither. The front right wheel was LOOSE and they did nothing. My mechanic said it was dangerous and your dealership fixed it.

Waited over 2 hrs for an oil change as the service reps forgot that they needed to check my tire for the slow leak that it has, which they did not find in the end. Sat in the waiting room for an unknown amount of time with my vehicle completed as no one called for me. There was only myself and one other individual waiting in the waiting room, with several support staff sitting and doing nothing 30 ft away.

Everyone was really nice but my complaint was that the outside temperature sensor won’t read above 85-86 degrees. I noticed this before in the last couple months since I bought it, but in the heat wave last week, it became really apparent as in the 105 degrees weather we had for several consecutive days. I can read the thermometer on the dash and it would not go above 85 or 86 degrees. The guy told me they would not be able to replicate the high temp. today because it was in the 70’s, so I would have to wait until it gets hot again and then bring it right in. He said they did run tests and the sensor was on the right temps they tested but they couldn’t test higher than 85 degrees. I know it works up to 85 degrees, i had already told him that. I also know it doesn’t read above 86. So apparently I have to wait for the ambient outside temperatures to go above 90 degrees, then run it the 40 miles from my home to you while it is still hot out to get it fixed??? I told him that under normal circumstances I completely understand the need to replicate the problem but in this case that is unreasonable to ask me to do that. I had even called in the day before and made sure a sensor would be in stock today. I will not be real happy when I am able to finally find an over 90 degree day that I am free to quickly drive the 40 miles to the dealership to get this replaced in my brand new Prius. I even spoke to the service manager but he gave me the same story about not being able to get reimbursed by Toyota if he doesn’t have it replicated. Surely, a billion dollar company like Toyota is able to understand an issue like this and take care of the problem.

The wait time for a tire rotation and fluid check should not be 90 minutes. I had an 11 am appointment and left the building with my car at 12:30. At 5:11 pm on that same day I got a text saying my car was ready for pick up. I sure hope my oil changes are more organized and efficient!
I am so thankful for the beautiful way My tundra was given back to me. There is a little issue about the sensor on the tires. It still shows the light but the actual beauty of the exterior detailing by the folks in the shop Today is just magnificent !! Austin this morning, was a gentleman and certainly helped me out. After inquiring about the exterior detail, he showed me the prices and made sure that there was time that it could happen today . I’m thrilled and I will be back with my other Toyota in October. !!
