I did have to call to confirm tire rotation and washer fluid was done as it was not shown as completed on the invoice. I have always been satisfied with service at the McMinnville dealership. Very friendly and professional employees.

Struggled with the fact that it was recommended that I need a new battery. $279 bucks. Called and asked why and that is should be covered under warranty as my tundra has only 30,000 miles. Damian lillards toyota response was to check the battery again and then tell me it was perfectly fine. I do appreciate that the deal I made for a discount on my 30k services was honored The shuttle driver took a very long time. Guess theres no reception from Newberg to mcminnville for his cell phone. We waited almost 1:45 1.5 miles from the dealership . Lastly told a sales guy there I was interested in a camry. He said he has a corolla hatch back. Then didnt ask me any questions or take my number for when a camry comes in. Guess ya dont want to sell survey complainers more cars. We got to the dealership at 9:20am We went home with a oil change brake fluid flush and a tire rotation at 2pm thats too long guys. April did good. I dont think the issues were her fault. Thanks.

Staff were excellent…from the ladies who handled my rental needs to the service writers. My issue is…when I got my vehicle back, which just got back from the detail shop, there were hand prints and smudges on my hood and venders from the oil change. I hated to point this out but I shouldn’t have to wash my vehicle right after it was detailed because a device technician has no pride in their work and can’t clean up their mess. Also, no one seems to be able to find the right part for my left rear door or tell me where it was installed. Just frustrating. Hate to even write this but you asked.

Delivered a day late and I wasn't made aware of late delivery until I had wasted an entire Saturday waiting for phone call. And even then I had to call twice. First time at noon someone in service said manager would call right back...never did. Finally I called back at 3:30 and Phil in sales took the time to investigate and called back in about ten minutes and said it would be there when he came in Sunday morning and he would have the keys. It was and he greeted me by name. He should be commended for his extra effort.

Your technician didn't reset the tire sensor after rotating the tires. Hence the light came on as we drove home. I pressed the button and reset it so the light is out. Tires all measured ok.

Customer service and callbacks were very poor. Multiple weeks in the two month time span they had my vehicle. I would call in twice a week and never returned a call back. Only opening a warranty case with Toyota. Did I get a call back. I did receive information via email one other time after that it was a battle again to get my phone calls voicemails and emails answered by the service department and get any information from my vehicle.

First time at the dealership (I bought my car strictly over the phone!). Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Super appreciated that since I ran late to my appointment. All my questions were answered and my car was taken care of.
