My guy was very polite, thoughtful and patient with me. I didn’t understand at first but when I did I appreciated all he thought about to meet all my needs
Hard to complain given the fact that I have a Chevy, getting serviced at a Toyota dealership. But I did purchase the vehicle here and it is a full service shop. Regardless, it’s hard to justify a 3 hour oil change. Especially when the vehicle service was made by appointment. Won’t be coming back and not for petty reasons. I feel I could get a much better service elsewhere, and one that is more attuned to a Chevy vehicle.

I was told different prices at different times. When I dropped the vehicle, one price, when I left it a different price and when I picked it up another 100.00 dollars added again! They did not call and ask about additional charges, I found that out when I picked it up!
Overall happy. 90 minute wait little long but very nice and friendly and knowledgeable.
Thomas was so professional and upbeat with a great smile..he deserves a raise and please keep him around..treated me with the up most respect and valued my opinion and suggestion. He carries a strong happy attitude that alot people don't have ..Thomas has a natural ability to deal with customers very well..He is a huge asset to your company..please don't loose him. We need more people like him to exist in the world. He's a rare gem..keep that smile Thomas..Give him a raise please..people like Thomas is the reason I keep coming back to you guys in McMinnville Oregon..

Total bad experience. Took 6 days to complete service on our RAV4. Wrong parts received to replace axle seal. Had to pick up vehicle and return it following week. Then was that part of repair was misquoted and wanted to change additional $200. Then said to disregard that. A total mess. I purchased our RAV4 there originally. We will not ever return to Lillard Toyota to have our vehicle serviced.
