5months ago I bought my 2023 Tacoma from your dealership, at which time I paid for the premium maintenance package. Prior to bringing my Tacoma in for the 1st service interval I called and inquired about an oil change at 5000miles. Dude on the phone said no need at 5000miles, and service should take about 1hr. Next day I bring it in to you to do the 5000 service check. I hand over my keys and begin my wait. Within 10minutes 3 people asked me where my keys were…as if I knew. The truck had already been taken and moved. 2 hrs later I get a text saying my truck is done. I look around to see what’s what. No one came to get me, my paperwork was sitting on a desk next to my keys. A fella hand me them and says “oh here ya go, you’re free to go” no explanation or report as to the current health of my vehicle. When I got home I reviewed my scheduled service packet in my glove compartment that came w my truck…in which is explicitly says oil change and filter at 5000miles or 6months. (1st service interval) .
I guess I just expected too much. I probably should NOT have paid for the maintenance package and should NOT have expected an oil change as the maintenance manual suggests. I gotta say I am just disappointed.

When I picked my vehicle up April was there in the building but not available to explain my service ticket. Another gentleman attempted to explain. Didn’t feel much recognition.
My experience was very pleasant. I checked in for my 8am service and was greeted right away and my service was finished and I was on my way by 8:45. Thank you
I’m not sure yet if the sputtering is resolved yet since it happened again on the way home. Fingers crossed that when I drive it tomorrow it will be gone.
